Poor translation job on the instructions (maybe easy for a professional who installs door handles everyday, but for an 'every other day' DIYer it was difficult). For example, I didn't know I would have to cut the tailpiece myself - plus the markings on the tailpiece don't line up with the required lengths so it was a bit of guess and check). The template also appeared to be backwards for left vs right handed door.
Got the item delivered quickly and is a good quality product regardless (feels really solid).
